I really love you guys... i know most of you or maybe all of you hated me me alot cause i'm known as the "fiercest ma'am".But i hoped that you all will understand it's all for your future.. if we don't bring our standard up ...we will continue to fall.. see .. we have achieved an award in National Footdrill Comp... i really hoped that your can do your best as great leaders and achieve champion next year... Although the POP wasnt up to standard but i believed that you all had done your best.. cause the time used for practise is really too short and we being the Sec 4s also have fault as we didnt prepare you all earlier... You all are not up to standard is our mistake so i hope you all wont make the same mistake again. I really appreciate all your efforts and hardship given to red cross.. and my passion for you all and red cross will never die... i will always remeber you al.. Jia You!! Gambate!! Aja Aja Fightin!! heyy guys! e annual National Footdrill Competition has just ended..n i'm sooo.. happi 2 at least get d 2nd runner-up!! ahh!! its been around 2yrs since we get something during d NFC le..cant 4get d times wen we got CHAMPION..2dae we have seen e other schools' standards n learnt our mistakes..i think d reason we got 3rd is that we start our footdrill trainings tooo late le..otherwise we might have gotten at least 2nd in d north district n a place in d Round 2..so, d chance 2 get back d CHAMPION depends on you sec 3s, 2s and 1s le...!!rmb tt confidence is very impt..n of coz ur attendance 4 d trainings..so, dont keep pon trainings le horz!!heez..hope u all wun disappoint us wen we step down..jiayous worz!! =)

Except for those, who in a fresh tempo, were climbing higher and higher.... The crowd continued to yell, "It is too difficult!!! "No one will make it!" More tiny frogs got tired and gave up.... But ONE continued higher and higher and higher.... This one wouldn't give up! At the end everyone else had given up climbing the tower. Except for the one tiny frog who, after a big effort, was the only one who reached the top! THEN all of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know how this one frog managed to do it? A contestant asked the tiny frog how he had found the strength to succeed and reach the goal? It turned out.... That the winner was DEAF!!!! The wisdom of this story is: Never listen to other people's tendencies to be negative or pessimistic.... because they take your most wonderful dreams and wishes away from you -- the ones you have in your heart! Guys...we will promise that the training would be fun and we will take your comments and feedback seriously...but what i nid from you all is commitment and passion...pls come for training. Yesterday feedback session, i apologised that we like trying to give a lot of reasons, but that is really because we do not know what is the point you all trying to say. Guys we really need to be more straightforward with one another. Just tell us whatever you feel about us , no matter it is unreasonable or what , good points or bad points, tell us...That's what debrief is for. It would not be veri nice if you all jus keep everyhting to yourselves and then next training never turn up. It would be very unfair to us because we don't know what is happening at all.We are all learning together, give ourselves a chance. We are not trying to put any blame on you all. Wish that you will get the point i trying to make. Get motivated !! We can do it!!! We are the BEST!!!

Guys...it's me again... i m really very disappointed with the attendance for the past 2 trainings... it was just the beginning. The beginning of we sec 3s being NCOs. i don't know whats wrong.. is we being harsh ?!? i don't think so... remember why we tekan you all during the first training... is for the people to drop the belts, the cerferticate left not taken home, the appraisals. Do you all really think that 40 push ups and scoldings is too much?!? The uniform insepection...we gave you all 7 mins then u all come out on time.. but what you all have given us..neat uniforms?How was the beret worn?Did we punish you all? Not at all? Tell me how many push ups we had asked you all to do since we take over? Are we unreasonable in the things we asked you all?i swear to god that for everything i do i gave you all a reason for it.

I think we really need alot of passion and commitment from you all. Remember why you join red cross? To become a sucessful first aided, a person with good morale and responsiblilty. If those sec 2s who did not attend the trainings just because what you think is a valid reason but not telling us or whatever...throwing all the job to the 2 newcomers and the sec 1s, leaving them to write the attendance list and being the day i/c is call responsibility... i really got nothing to say. Feel your conscious, is this the type of people you want to be? Do you all think of the others, how would they feel, with this type of squad mates, join but never turn up in trainings. 5 people a training , how to make it fun? Too bad for the people who did not join red cross ask their choices. i think you should learn to like red cross. If you don't, you will not endure until now. Remember how we've trained so hard in the footdrill competition, we endure through the camps , helping one another, crying in the POP farewell party, all these is for nothing?

i really need you guys to reflect... we being the new Ncos will have our new style of training you all up. I guarentee those who attend the first 2 trainings will find the fun. If you are not willing to try, how would you all know? i really would appreciate if you all can stand in our shoes, how would you face 5 cadets for training? We will never gain back what we are...what our hard work is for...

Tommorow there is a friend talk at 2pm after school...we had to solve the problem..guys...i really hope that you all will turn up... no specific attire...

hey people!! just wanted to comment on yesterday's training.... I'm really happy that most of you stayed. esp. Kexin and Weiling and Xinyu lo.... =)) just wanted to let you all know.... we may be in the wrong not knowing that you guys had that carnival and were very tired. For that, we apologise.... but you guys should NEVER just leave without permission. It's really something very serious. I don't see why other CCA groups could continue conducting their training and they also can continue training lorhhs, why can't you? i'm really veri disappointed larhhs.... we treat you all so nicely, and you all are like that to us. Feel your conscience larhhs... u all say larhhs... since when have you all done anything to make us proud? You know how desperate we are? trying to salvage the situation now? so many of you just don't want to come training, etc.... maybe you all don't like us larhhs.... budden.... if you all are treating us like that, you are disappointing the previous mdms as well.... don't climb over us just because we are nice to you.... haishh.... don't make us give up on you.....
